40% of the entire amount is the first deposit. After the menu has been selected, this deposit is carefully considered and is utilized to cover the cost of every item on the menu, independent of any other expenses. In order to secure all services, this charge is likewise non-refundable, barring problems on our end.
Secure the Date Fee
We require clients to pay a $50 copay to confirm their event date if their booking is confirmed more than three weeks in advance. This $50 will be deducted from the initial deposit that is required closer to the event day. There is no refund for this deposit.

For events with more than 15 people, an additional service charge of 8% of the amount will be charged to the invoice for setup, servers, breakdown, and cleanup.

$0.66 cent per mile traveled to/from. Travel fees are issued if the location of the event is over a 15 mile radius of the company's location (Union County).

Due to short notice and last-minute changes, requests for catering made fewer than 10 days before the intended catering date will incur an additional $50 charge.
Extra Services
Due to late notices and revisions, any additional goods required after the prearranged schedule and signing of the invoice, will incur an additional fee of $25.

Caterer Cancellations: This agreement may be terminated by the caterer for any justifiable cause. All deposits and prepayments shall be fully refunded of the caterer's termination of this agreement, which may occur and be received back to the client at any time up to seven days.
Client cancellations: If the client cancels the event due to unanticipated circumstances starting a week prior to the event date, all prepayments and deposits will be reimbursed in full (if less than $100.00). The deposit or payment will not be reimbursed if the client cancels the event in less than three days.

Caterer Liability
Except in cases of actions brought about by the caterer or the careless behavior of its personnel, the client releases the caterer from any third-party claims.
Third Party Liability
The behavior of attendees, participants, and/or other parties that are contracted to offer services is not the caterer's responsibility.
Server Liability
All other terms of this Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable, with the invalid or unenforceable portions removed from the remaining portion of this Agreement, in the event that any of the provisions are found to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part.

All scheduled events have a maximum duration of 4 hours; if any further time is required, there is an additional fee of $25 for every extra hour spent.
